    Level 1 - Water Exploration Level 2 - Primary Skills Level 3 - Stroke Readiness
    1.  Submerge face 3 sec 1.  Hold breath and submerge 3 sec 1.  Retrieve Object eyes open w/o support
    2.  Bob 10 times 2.  Retrieve object in chest-deep water 2.  Bob completely submerging 15 times
    3.  Front float w/support 3.  Explore deep water w/support 3.  Bob from water over head to safe area
    4.  Back float w/support 4.  Prone float or glide w/recovery 5 sec 4.  Jump into deep water
    5.  Bubble blowing 5.  Supine float or glide w/ recovery 5 sec 5.  Dive kneeling & compact positions
    6.  Enter & exit water independently 6.  Level off from vertical 6.  Prone glide w/push off - 2 body lengths
